HOW CAN I KNOW GPS* IS WORTH IT?
As with any training, the results you experience in GPS* will depend on your level of participation and commitment throughout. When you choose to pour your whole self in – to show up vulnerably and practice consistently for all six seeks – transformation is more than possible. We see it year after year, students reclaiming their sovereignty and living fuller lives.

HOW WILL GPS* HELP ME WITH MY BODY ISSUES?
Most women learn to feel shame at an early age. We are not encouraged to see ourselves as complete and radiant in our own skin. And while body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and deep-seated insecurities have plagued women for centuries, these issues are especially prevalent now, in an era of constant screen time, social media, and heightened comparison thinking.

Here at the SWA, we don’t believe in “fixing” our bodies. Instead, GPS addresses the underlying shame at its root, and teaches you to transform your negative patterns through pleasure. You will leave this course with renewed appreciation for who you are – on the inner and the outer.

I’VE DONE A LOT OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORK. WILL GPS* GO DEEP ENOUGH?
Those with a passion for personal development, know there is always more to uncover – new tools to learn, angles to explore, and perspectives to try on. GPS* is a journey into the most fundamental aspects of your feminine power. An opportunity to hone your intuition, express your sensual appetites, and eradicate shame from your body’s vocabulary. This curriculum will take you as deep as you allow it, and the community will support you, nurture you, and hold you accountable along the way.

I’M A MOM, HOW WILL GPS* ADDRESS MY NEEDS?
We have historically been taught to prioritize our partners, kids, families, and bosses over ourselves. Time is scarce as a parent, and sometimes, leaning on self-sacrifice seems easier than letting our loved ones down, or adjusting their expectations.

In GPS*, we work to reverse this people-pleasing paradigm. We teach the sanctity of pleasure, and the necessity of creating the right conditions for it to thrive. You will soon see that it does not require a huge investment of time to connect deeply with yourself – all it takes is thoughtfully placed boundaries, and the support to see them through.

HOW WILL GPS* HELP ME BETTER NAVIGATE WORK, FAMILY, AND ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS MOVING FORWARD?
GPS* is a crash course in being witnessed. Throughout our six weeks together, you will be asked to show up transparently in the company of total strangers. You will be invited to share your truth, your experiences, and your deepest fears. Where else is this skill set more applicable than in relationship to others – romantically, professionally, and beyond? We will teach you to embrace your desires and articulate them to those around you with clarity and respect.

As you learn the skills to participate boldly, you will practice using your voice, owning your feminine instrument, and embodying your emotions – which translates to greater confidence in every area. And we all know how sexy confidence is!

I'M LGBTQIA2S+ – IS THIS A SAFE SPACE FOR ME?
“All of my LGBTQIA2S+ sisters are appreciated and embraced in GPS*. Every woman is welcomed here, honored here, and celebrated here. Gay, lesbian, cis-gendered, queer/questioning, bi-sexual, non-binary, trans, intersex, asexual women – anyone who has felt outsider in terms of her free expression – will find a home inside this classroom. I work to create a safe space for each of my students, where they are free to express and explore every facet of their human experience.

Masculine and feminine energies are at work in all individuals, in all relationships, and in the world in general. The majority of us have been taught so much about our masculine energies, and very, very little about the feminine, resulting in a challenging imbalance both individually and collectively. GPS* will rebalance your inner scales.

I will do my best to pay tribute to all the different constructs as I teach. And, for clarity, I will use men and women as reference points. My goal is to allow you to crystallize the differences between masculine and feminine energies, regardless of which bodies they’re showing up in. That way, all of us can begin to truly enjoy the polarity between – and the union of – these two forces in our world.” - Regena

ARE TRANSGENDER WOMEN WELCOME IN GPS*?
Yes. And we want to be so clear that the curriculum of our Womanly Arts courses comes from Mama Gena’s extensive study, research, and experimentation, as understood through her lived experience as a heterosexual-ish cisgender white woman. That experience can’t be entirely teased out from the work and it means the School will never, ever claim to be expert in the experience of transgender women (or of non-heterosexual, or gender non-conforming, or racialized women), or that we won’t mess up.

Regena is committed to learning. She is committed to holding space for all. She is committed to stoking every self-identifying woman and GNC individual’s desire. She is committed to teaching us all to honor the feminine and in so doing raise us all higher.

Because so many women have been taught that our bodies – and particularly our sexual anatomy – are objectionable (and often, even, unnameable), an important aspect of the Womanly Arts curriculum is addressing body-shame. Every GPS* student will be challenged to adapt the curriculum to fit her own sense of self but differences in anatomy may be an additional complexity for transgender women.

REAL TALK. IS THIS ALL “WHITE FEMINISM”?
Regena is a white woman and will never know all of what it means to be a woman of color – and she is the first to admit it. She is on her own, ongoing, anti-racism learning journey (along with all team members at The School of Womanly Arts) because sisterhood requires nothing less.

While Regena is the teacher, sisterhood has no hierarchy. We meet in a metaphorical circle, and every woman’s story and every woman’s experience and every woman’s identity is valued. The GPS* classroom is one of the most diverse gatherings of women on earth, and the participants co-create the experience. Imperfect, human, and extraordinary.

WILL GPS* SUPPORT MY CAREER GROWTH?
A turned-on woman is a woman in her highest power. When you learn to connect with your source energy, you are in flow. When you are in flow, your ability to ask for what you want, stand for your value, and live your vision is exponentially expanded. Many of our graduates report significant raises at their jobs, increased revenue in their businesses, and new career opportunities as a result of taking this course. Some finally wrote the book or started the company they had been longing to create. What you make possible and how you expand is up to you – but you can expect tremendous velocity in the professional realm as part of this course.

WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY AND SISTERHOOD LIKE?
Probably the greatest asset in a woman’s life is her community. And most of us lack a true sisterhood, where we can support and be supported in all of our desires and dreams. Where we can show up exactly as we are, and expect to be celebrated right there. Most of us are plain lonely.

This community will change everything in the way that only true sisterhood and connection can. One of the core strengths of GPS* is its unique emphasis on transparency, truth-telling, and mutual accountability. You will learn to see each other as allies in this process of self-discovery, learning how to support, challenge, and stand for one another in meaningful ways.

HOW IS GPS* DIFFERENT THAN VPBC?
GPS* and Virtual Pleasure Bootcamp are predicated on the same core themes – women’s empowerment, sensual expression, and no-holds-barred sisterhood. But each offers a different framework for exploring the feminine. Bootcamp was designed to be a learning experience that introduces some of our most essential (and time-honored) tools. It follows the lessons in Regena's first book, Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, and is a wonderful in-road for beginners.

GPS* is open to newcomers and grads alike, but the content is more advanced. We take a deeper dive into sensuality and ritual, creating space for intimacy and self-touch as a way to commune with our bodies on a regular basis. Using the ancient goddess traditions as our guide, we will embody the feminine in outrageous, and highly liberating ways. Ways that will fill you up and fuel you for life outside this container.

If you’re brand new to this work, the pace might feel quicker in this class...which suits most of our students just fine. But it’s important to note in advance that certain phrases and concepts covered in VPBC will receive less explanation in this course. (If you’re an A+ student who thrives on preparation, it’s easy to brush up on the basics by giving the pink biblea read!).

Bottomline: Either course will be valuable to your feminine education, and neither should be missed. In terms of order, we recommend choosing the sequence that best serves your unique learning style and level of comfort.

I’M A MASTERY OR CREATION GRADUATE, WHAT MAKES GPS* UNIQUE?
Unlike other SWA courses, GPS* explores the ancestral precedents for feminine power. We follow the path of the goddess through history – noting her influence in the art, folklore, and mythology of diverse cultures. From aboriginal cave paintings, dating back tens of thousands of years, to contemporary heroines who are changing the landscape for women today – reflections of the divine are everywhere. By cultivating a powerful connection with the past, we honor our sacred lineage as women and create the blueprint for our next becoming.

GPS* is also a deep dive into your sensuality, sexuality, and erotic potential. The curriculum we teach is both advanced and provocative, but requires no prior experience. You can expect to be fully witnessed by your sisters, and to have your sensual edges pressed to full bloom.

Here at the School of Womanly Arts, Pussy is synonymous with power, purpose, resilience, and joy. She is our life force, our asset, our greatest ally. Which is why we take the time to get fully acquainted with Pussy in GPS* – falling in love with her every fold, contour, and color.

During our six weeks, you will be given the chance to expand your sensual repertoire and orgasmic experience inside the safe container of sisterhood, from the comfort and safety of your home.

Whether you’re a recent grad, or one of our ride-or-dies from the Brownstone days, GPS* has the capacity to catapult you in new and surprising directions. The community and content are always in flux, so one class is never the same as the next!

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Thanks to Zoom, GPS* is a flexible program. With the exception of your six Monday Q&A calls with Mama Gena (which we recommend attending live if possible!), the rest of the course can be tailored to fit your individual needs. Practice calls are held four days a week, which means you have ample opportunity to try them out. And Student Q&A is open on Thursdays and Fridays, so you can drop a question anytime in that two-day window.

As always, the more you choose to engage, the faster your connections will flourish. Taking 30 minutes out of your day to experience pleasure is a huge game changer...especially when you’re feeling the most resistant!

WILL THERE BE ONE-ON-ONE TIME WITH REGENA?
The GPS* classroom experience is designed to be both interactive and individual. Mama Gena facilitates each of the live training calls, presenting on a wide range of topics, answering questions, leading exercises, and initiating dialogue – rest assured, you will get a lot of Mama.

Should you desire to share your story, you will have multiple opportunities to be heard and witnessed throughout the course – in practice calls, smaller paired shares, or the Weekly Q&A.

Raise your hand during a training call and Mama Gena may call on you, but if she doesn’t, somehow you will still always hear the story you needed to hear. It’s pretty amazing!

If you’re looking for an individual coaching program, this may not be the right fit. But if your goal is to learn from Mama Gena while connecting deeply with other women, GPS* offers just that – a community of practice and unparalleled support.

WHAT ARE PRACTICE CALLS?
Practice calls are 30 minutes in length and take place four times a week (please see our Program Details section for an exact schedule). WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A LIVE TRAINING OR PRACTICE CALL?
The importance of attending all six live training calls cannot be overstated. We urge you to make the most of your GPS* experience by being present each week – even if that means making space in your otherwise busy schedule. We know it’s hard, but it’s so worth it.

Because Practice Calls take place more frequently, you can pick and choose which days, times, and exercises work best for you. All Zoom sessions will be recorded and shared via the Student Dashboard, which means you can catch up on anything you missed within 24 hours. And the best part? Evergreen access to those materials is included as part of your enrollment. So you can relax, and take your eyes off the clock – we’ve got you covered for always!

I DON’T HAVE OR WANT A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. HOW WILL THIS AFFECT MY PARTICIPATION IN GPS*?
If social media sites like Facebook are not your thing, we completely understand AND we have some great news. This season in GPS*, we will only be using Facebook for one feature: the weekly student Q&A on Thursdays and Fridays. Outside of that, all resources and materials can be found in our Student Dashboard – a private, members-only website accessible only to GPS* 2021 students.

If you’d like to participate in Student Q&A but do not have a Facebook account, our staff members are happy to assist you in setting one up, and successfully navigating the platform.

For those with privacy concerns, we suggest creating an alias account linked to an alternate email to further protect your identity. Please trust that we take every precaution to ensure that the group’s content is only visible to current students. Whether you choose to use Facebook or not, we are here to help and have your best interests at heart!
